膝关节骨折的围手术期护理 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨膝部骨折患者术后的康复护理要点,最大限度地改善患者膝关节功能。方法回顾性总结2005年1月～2009年10月在笔者所在医院行膝部C型骨折治疗的37例患者术后早期康复护理措施,包括心理护理和早期功能锻等。结果 23例患者随访5～20个月,骨折均愈合。膝关节功能评价,优19例(51.35%),良9例(24.32%),尚可4例(10.81%),差5例(13.51%)。结论对膝部骨折术后患者实施早期的康复护理措施是改善膝关节功能的重要保证。
