摘要
在经济急速发展的带动下，人口大量涌向城市，使城市每天产生的垃圾量不断增加并复杂化，已对城市发展、人们生活环境和健康产生严重影响。如何合理地对城市垃圾开发利用、有效治理，值得人们讨论和研究。政府部门应制定相应的对策，让治理垃圾成为一种主动的社会行为，促使这一行业自身能在市场经济条件下良性循环运作。
Under economic development in high speed, the population in cities increase rapidly. The daily city rubbish is increased and complicated gradually. Serious influence of city rubbish occurs on city development, living environment and human health.Now, it is valuable to study how to reasonably utilize and effectively treat the city rubbish. The government sectors should take relative measures to promote the rubbish treatment as an active social action and better operation of environment sanitation industryitself under the condition of market economy.
