摘要
为解决计算机辅助的设备维修管理中,维修策略复杂多样、描述方式不统一所带来的维修知识难以共享的问题,定义了一种维修策略描述语言。该语言从维修对象选择、维修判定条件描述、维修执行方法和策略有效性四个方面对维修策略进行了统一定义,具有很好的通用性。通过示例阐明了定期维修、基于状态的维修、事后维修等典型维修策略的维修策略描述语言描述方法。基于所定义语言实现了维修策略表示和判定工具,并在企业中得到了应用,验证了该语言的实用性。
Aiming at the diversity of maintenance policy and lacking of a unified description method in computerized maintenance management,Maintenance Policy Description Language（MPDL）was defined to solve the sharing problem of the maintenance knowledge.This language defined a unified maintenance policy from four important aspects：maintenance objects selection,maintenance judgments description,repair methods and maintenance policy validity.Therefore,it was universal.The MPDL description method for regular maintenance,condition based maintenance,corrective maintenance and other typical maintenance policies were illustrated.Based on this language,the maintenance policy representation and judgment tools were implemented.It was also applied in some enterprises and the practicability was verified.
