核电厂地基液化问题的评价及工程处理实例

摘要 本文首先提出了核电厂液化评价的重要性和必要性,尤其对于非基岩核电厂址,论述了国内外法规导则对核电厂地基液化评价的判据及基本步骤,总结了液化评价方法的特征、适用范围以及评价准则等。通过结合工程实例,总结评价了美国沃戈托核电厂地基液化问题,并提出具体的工程处理措施。对我国后续核电厂处理此类问题,具有重要借鉴作用。 This paper proposed the importance and necessity of the nuclear power plant liquefaction,especially for non-rock plant,discussed guidelines for in China and international regulations on nuclear power plant liquefaction evaluation criteria and the basic steps,summarized the characteristics of liquefaction evaluation methods the scope of application and evaluation criteria.By combining the engineering example,summary evaluation of the U.S.Vogtle liquefaction plant and to propose specifi c treatment measures.Follow-up nuclear power plant in China to deal with such problems is an important reference.
