恶性脑膜瘤的临床诊治体会 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨恶性脑膜瘤的诊断与治疗方法。方法对25例恶性脑膜瘤患者的临床资料作回顾性分析。结果本组颅脑CT、MRI示肿瘤周围明显水肿,多为等密度或高密度块状影,多见囊变或坏死区域;瘤组织呈非均一强化;肿瘤边缘不规则或边界不清。19例初治者首选手术全切除治疗,6例复发者均行γ刀治疗。术后其中15例行化疗,3例行放疗。随访6～72个月,完全缓解13例,部分缓解4例,无变化3例,进展4例,死亡1例。结论影像学检查有助于恶性脑膜瘤的诊断。其治疗以手术切除为主,术后配合放、化疗。
