摘要
近年来随着科学技术的发展,关于微量元素的研究已取得很大的进展。有关眼部微量元素的研究国外文献已有报道,国内尚处于开始阶段。我们为了阐述几种元素与老年性白内障的关系,做了正常人透明晶体和老年性皮质性白内障晶体内几种元素含量的测定,并与头发做了比较。
The contents of K Na Ca Mg Zn Cu and Mn were analysed by the
atomic absorption spectrophotometry in 79 senile cortical cataractous
lenses and 13 clear lenses. The results indicated that in clear lenses and
cataractous lenses the K/Na ratio was 2.10 and 0.15 respectively. The K
and Mg contents of catarctous lenses were lower than those of clear len-
ses while Na Ca and Zn contents of cataractous lenses were higher
than those of clear lenses. In addition, the hairs of normal adult and
cataract patients were studied and compared.
