摘要
针对工程地质条件较为复杂的某多层建筑，提出用筏基加水泥土搅拌桩复合地基处理的 方案替代设计院建议的采用桩筏基础的方案，并最终取得了良好的工程效果和可观的经济效益。
Considering a multi-layered building on complicated geological condition, author presentd a plan of raft foundation and soil cement stired pile to substitute that of pile and raft foudation, which has achieved good effect and reward.
