摘要 从设备寿命周期费用的角度,研究不同材料的船舶海水管系寿命周期费用,提出船舶海水管系选材决策建议。总结不同金属材料在海水中的腐蚀特点,建立海水管系寿命周期费用计算模型。以胜利油田船舶中心的5 880 kW多用途工作船为实例,计算出其服役期内不同材料组成的海水管系的寿命周期费用,并给出各种方案的费用比较结论和海水管系选材建议。 From the point of life cycle cost(LCC),LCC of sea-pipelines of ship made of different materials was studied and the suggestion to choose materials for sea-pipeline was put forward.The corrosion characteristic of the different materials in seawater was summarized,and the LCC calculation model for sea-pipeline was set up.As an example of 5 880 kW multi-purpose work ship,LCC of sea-pipelines made of different material was calculated.The result is given by the contrast with different plans,and suggestion was made to choose material for sea-pipelines.
