摘要
珠三角高校大学生的创业动力极其不足,创业倾向不够理性;创业不仅未成为其内在诉求,亦未成为其就业的有效选择;而创业风险恐惧与创业经验匮乏则成为制约其创业行动的绊脚石。为此,高校应加大创业教育力度,架构合理的创业课程体系,并建构以校内创业孵化园为核心的创业实践体系,以激发大学生的创业激情,培养其创业精神和创业能力,从而为大学生创业提供知识、经验和能力保障。
It is showed that the willingness of college students to establish a business is very weak in Pearl River Delta Area. Starting an undertaking is neither an inherent need to live,nor a available choice of job for college students. The fear of taking risks and lacking of experiences are the barrier to the students. Entrepreneurship education should be strengthened,the relative courses should be provided and the system of practicing service of entrepreneurship should also be constructed in order to arouse willingness to starting a business ,to foster entrepreneurship of the college students.
