对所谓“蓄冷率”（蓄冷量比例）的定义和最优化提出了不同的看法，指出了在冰蓄冷设计中，当全天冷负荷、空调时间、制冰时间、主机容量变动率给定时，所谓“蓄冷率”或“蓄冷量比例”实际上是一个常数，无需进行优化。
Offers an opposing opinion to the so called “storage rate' or the storage fraction and its optimisation, and points out that the rate of ice storage is a constant when the daily cooling load, air conditioning running time, ice making time and the capacity reduction ratio of the prime chiller are given, therefore it needs no optimisation.
