摘要
眼球穿孔伤及其并发症是致盲的主要原因之一,占住院盲目原因的第二位。处理正确、及时,能减少盲目的发生。现将我院1983～1988年收治眼球穿孔伤239例243眼进行分析,探讨眼球穿孔伤及并发症的正确处理。
239 eyeball perforation patients are reported in this paper. of them,
cornea perforation had 173 eyes, corneoscleral perforation 35 eyes, sclera
perfation 35 eyes. Eyeball perforation was classied into four degrees in
according to serious or-not of demage condition. Ⅲ and Ⅳ degree may result i?
blindnness. Ⅰ degree had 19 eyes, Ⅱ degree 50 eyes, Ⅲ degree 85eyes, Ⅳ degree
89 eyes in this group. It is important, we consider, to treat correctly
eyeball perfortion a d to judge prog?slis. Eye ball perfofation could
mainly complicate intraocular infection, uv eal prolapse, cataract, prola-
pse of vitreous, intraocularhemorrhage and intraocular foreign body.
These complications were also discussed in this paper.
