摘要
通过对过盈装配的有限元分析,研究接触单元在过盈连接中的作用。建立轮毂装配的仿真模型,用ANSYS的接触单元对轮毂的过盈装配的应力情况进行了分析。并通过对材料进行弹塑性设置来模拟轮毂的位移和应力的变化,过盈连接的仿真分析为轮毂的前期设计提供指导意义。
Through analyzing finite element in shrink fit,the application of the contact element in shrink fit is discussed.The simulation model of the wheel is set up and the stress of shrink fit has been analyzed by using ANSYS.The wheel displacement and stress situation has been simulated through setting up plastic of material.Simulation analysis of interference connection have guidance for the preliminary design of the wheel.
