摘要
《食品包装学》是食品专业的一门选修课程,具有较强的综合性和实践性。在教学过程中,从培养学生的学习兴趣入手,通过对教学方法、考核形式、学生能力培养、实践性教学等方面进行了多种教学模式的探索和实践,取得了良好的教学效果。
Food package is an optional course for students specialized in Food Technology, which is comprehensive and practical course. For the past few years, the teaching reform was conducted from the aspects of teaching method, the examining system, the development of the abil- ity of the students, the practice of teaching program, the results showed that good teaching effect was achieved.
