摘要
加强基层党组织建设是党的十七届四中全会提出的重要战略任务。针对高校机关党员及党员领导干部比例高、党员文化素质高、组织开展党日活动难度大、机关党组织相对松散等特点及其亟待解决的问题,必须创新工作思路,努力探索新途径、新办法、新措施,切实加强高校机关党组织的组织建设、思想建设、制度建设和廉政建设。
It is an important strategic task to enhance the grass-root Party organization construction which was put forward in the 17 Fourth Plenary Session of CPC.But due to the high ratio of the Party members and leaders,good comprehensive qualities of the members,difficulties of organizing activities,relatively slack organizing work,and inadequate attention from the superior leadership,we must accordingly innovate the working strategy,find out the new ways and new measures,and conscientiously strengthen the Party＇s organization construction,the ideology construction,system construction and construction of a clean and honest administration of the departments＇ Party organization in the Institutions of Higher Learning.
