胫骨Pilon骨折手术治疗被引量：1

摘要 Pilon骨折又称为Platfond骨折,是胫骨远端累及关节面的骨折,常导致关节面压缩,胫骨下端粉碎性骨折。Pilon骨折是一种高能量的损伤,严重破坏了踝关节的正常解剖关系,会导致踝关节失稳。Pilon骨折治疗不及时或治疗不当极易导致预后不佳，极易产生踝关节疼痛、不稳定、活动受限和障碍，
