摘要
流式细胞术(Flow cytometry简称FCM)是近年来国际上新兴和发展的一种生物和医学技术,它综合了激光、流体力学和计算机各项新技术,能对细胞进行定量分析和分选,能检测细胞、亚细胞,甚至分子水平的一种或多种信息参数。在国外已广泛应用于肿瘤研究。本文应用流式细胞术分析13例睑板腺癌DNA指数(DNA Index DI),以探讨其与组织病理学类型及预后的关系。
The DNA content of tumor cell from 13 cases of meibomian glandcarcinoma was studied by flow cytometry (FCM). The specimen wasprepared from paraffin-embedded tissue blocks following conventionalhistopathologic evaluation. The aneuploidy of the tumors was 100%and DNA index was 1.07-2.14. We found that the DNA ploid level wascorrelated with histologic feature and prognosis, but not with lymph-atic metastasis.
