摘要
通过反思近年来对“可持续发展”理论的研究和探讨，指出当下对“可持续发展”研究中存在的一些问题及其可能导致的后果，并指出中国的城市和建筑的发展必须超越传统工业文明。
Through reflection to the 'Sustainable development', the auther points out some questious in the reseach of 'Sustainable development' and possibly bad effects in implementation, and considers that the future development of Chinses city and architecture must transcend the civilization of tradictional industry.
