摘要
通过中国国家图书馆与美国国会图书馆两馆国际交换历史的起源、运作模式、管理方法及政府出版物情况的比较,找出彼此的异同,发现事物的本质,以达到"他山之石,可以攻玉"的目的,一为大家参考借鉴,二为我们把交换工作做得更好。
Through the comparative study in origins,operations,management and the government publications of both countries＇ publication exchange,we intend to find out the commons and differences of the National Library of China and the Library of Congress in this business.We hope the study results will do help to our better exchange works.
