摘要
目的:探讨眼针疗法治疗缺血性脑血管病的可能机制。方法:随机将大鼠分为假手术组、模型组与眼针组,采用改良的线栓方法制作大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型;取上焦区、下焦区、肝区、肾区为施加因素;免疫组化染色,检测Fas、Fasl表达。结果:眼针组与模型比较,两者均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:眼针可抑制缺血再灌注脑组织神经元及胶质细胞合成Fas、Fasl。可能是通过抑制凋亡信号传递,从而抑制凋亡,保护半暗区神经元,对脑缺血再灌注损伤起保护作用。
Objective: The subject is to probe the possible mechanism of eye-acupuncture in the treatment of Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease.Methods: Divided the rats into 3 groups by random,that is,the sham-operated group,model group and eye-acupuncture group,Make the model rat of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion according to the improved method;to take on the Shangjiao area,Xiajiao area,liver area,kidney area for the imposition factors;test the expression of Fax/Faxl by immunohistochemistry;Results: eye-acupuncture group compared with model group are significantly different(P0.01).Conclusion:eye-acupuncture could inhibit ischemia-reperfusion brain neurons and glial cells produce Fax/Faxl.The research reveals the partial mechanism of eye-acupuncture in treating ischemia brain vascular disease.Also it offers the molecular biology evidence for the clinical treatment of the brain vascular disease by eye-acupuncture.
