摘要
目的:进一步探讨卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转的超声诊断及其临床意义。方法:采用德国Sonoline Prima超声诊断仪及GELogiq7彩色多普勒超声诊断仪,对33例卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转超声图像进行综合分析,并与临床诊断及术后病理结果作对照分析。结果:33例卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转中囊性畸胎瘤20例,卵巢囊肿6例,浆液性囊腺瘤5例,卵巢冠囊肿2例,声像图均表现为肿瘤位置偏高,呈圆形或椭圆形,多数囊壁较厚,瘤内底部可呈现弱光点,肿瘤一侧或与子宫之间可见螺旋的管状低回声团,盆腔少量积液。结论:卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转的超声图像表现具有一定特征性,可作为超声诊断与鉴别诊断,并具有重要临床意义。
Objective：To explore the value of ultrasound in diagnosis of ovarian tumors with pedicle torsion and its clinical significance.Methods：Sonoline Prima ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus and GE Logiq 7 color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus were used to analyze the images of 33 cases with ovarian tumors with pedicle torsion,then the results were compared with clinical diagnosis and postoperative pathological results.Results：Among 33 cases with ovarian tumors with pedicle torsion,20 cases were diagnosed as cysticteratoma,6 cases were diagnosed as ovarian cyst,5 cases were diagnosed as serous cystadenoma,2 cases were diagnosed as cydtoma paraovarii,their sonographic characteristics：the locations of tumors were relatively high,showing round shape or ellipse shape,most of the tumors had relative thick cyst wall,weak light spots were observed at the bottom of tumor,low echo-level echogenic mass existed in one side of tumor or at the gap between tumor and uterus,a few of pelvic liquid was observed.Conclusion：The ultrasonic imaging of ovarian tumors with pedicle torsion has characteristics,which can be used for ultrasonic diagnosis and differential diagnosis and has an important clinical significance.
