摘要
目的:探讨陶瓷修复体的色彩与瓷层厚度的关系。方法:分别制作Φ为7mm,厚度为1.0、1.5、2.0mm的圆盘状A3色体瓷试件,在D65光源条件下,以分光光度计分别测试各组试件在黑色背景和在白色背景条件下的混和色。结果:①随瓷层厚度增加,试件的a*值、b*值增加,L*值在白色背景下增加,在黑色背景下减小;②随瓷层厚度增加,同一厚度体瓷试件于黑色背景的混和色和与白色背景的混和色之间的色差逐渐减小。结论:①随瓷层厚度减小,体瓷试件和背景色的混和色中黄红成分减少。②随瓷层厚度增加,体瓷试件的遮色能力逐渐增强。
Objective: To study the relationship of the thickness and the color of porcelain restoration. Method: Porcelain disks were prepared with the thickness of 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm respectively. The color of the disks was measured with a PR650 spectrum colorimeter on standard black and white background. Results: While the porcelain specimens' thickness was increased, a* and b* values of the mixed color were increased; the L* value of the mixed color increased on white background but decreased on black background. While the porcelain specimens' thickness was increased the chromatism between the mixed color measured on black background and that measured on white background decreased. Conclusion: The mixed color tends to have less yellow and red with the decrease of the thickness of porcelain disk. The color covering ability of dentin porcelain increases with the increase of the thickness of poccerlain disk.
