摘要
本文在女大学生就业形势严峻的前提下,分析了女大学生的创业特征和需求,结合当前实际情况提出了支持女大学生创业的意义,并提出了从营造和谐文化氛围、优化政策环境、完善自主创业教育体系等方面入手的政府政策支持,积极促进女大学生的自主创业,也要求我们对女大学生进行有针对性的创业教育帮助女大学生摆脱就业难的困境。
This paper analyzes entrepreneurial characteristic＇s and needs of female university students,in the premise of the grim employment situation,it proposes the significance in support of entrepreneurship with the current actual situation,and propose government policy support from creating a harmonious cultural atmosphere,optimize the policy environment,improve own education system and other entrepreneurial aspects,promote own entrepreneurial of female university students actively,and also called us to make targeted entrepreneurial education for female university students,help female students go out of difficult predicament.
