摘要
目的：研究急性白血病患者血小板计数（ＰＬＴ）、血小板压积（ＰＣＴ）、平均血小板体积（ＭＰＶ）及血小板体积分布宽度（ＰＤＷ）的临床意义。方法：用血细胞分析测定５５例初诊急性白血病（ＡＬ），化疗后骨髓抑制、完全缓解（ＣＲ）患者及２７例正常人的血小板参数ＰＬＴ、ＰＣＴ、ＭＰＶ及ＰＤＷ。结果：初诊组ＰＬＴ、ＰＣＴ、ＭＰＶ明显低于对照组及完全缓解组（均为Ｐ〈０．０１，Ｐ〈０．０１，Ｐ〈０．０５）。
Objective:To investigate the clinical implication of the platelet counts (PLT),platelet crit (PCT),mean platelet volume (MPV) and platelet volume distribution width (PDW)in the acute leukemias.Method:Using automated blood cell analyzer to determine the platelet parameters of PLT\,PCT\,MPV and PDW in 55 cases of the onset of acute leukemias,the bone marrow suppression post-chemotherapy and complete remission (CR) patients and 27 cases of normal human beings.Results:PLT\,PCT\,MPV in the group of onset was significantly lower than that of the control group and the CR group (both P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05 respectively),but significantly higher when it was compaired with the bone marrow suppression group(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01 respectively).PDW in the onset group was also higher than that of the bone marrow suppression group significantly,but was not significantly different from the other groups (P>0.05).Four platelet parameters in the CR group showed no significantly difference from the contrast group (P>0.05).Conclusion:The determination of the four platelet parameters are usefull to evaluate the prognosis of the disease and it's platelet functions.
