内镜下治疗上消化道出血的护理体会 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨上消化道出血患者的内镜下治疗与护理。方法对上消化道出血的患者行胃镜检查，并进行镜下止血及其它治疗。结果80例患者经内镜下止血75例1次止血成功，占85％；4例经两次止血成功，占5％；1例镜下表现为喷射性出血，喷药法加注射法止血后镜下仍见出血，转外科手术治疗，占1．25％。结论胃镜下止血术治疗上消化道出血即时效果显著，操作简便、易行，护理的配合工作起到十分重要的作用。
