摘要
民族文化保护与发展关系的实质是传统与现代性的博弈。传统不代表落后,是现代性的基础。现代性是多元的现代性,可为传统文化注入活力。在全球化及现代化的语境下,保持民族独特的文化特征,寻找和建构自己新的生存方式,关键就在于充分发挥少数民族文化的自觉意识和主导作用。
The essence of relationship between protection and development of ethnic cultures is the relationship between tradition and modernity.Tradition doesn,mean backward,which is the basis of modernity.Modernity is multi-modernity that can put fresh strength into traditional cultures.Under the context of globalization and modernization,it is essential to fully exert ethnic cultures consciousness and main influence of keeping peculiar characteristics,seeking for and constructing one＇s own new existence.
