高校宿舍文化建设是高校校园文化的重要组成部分,具有深刻的内涵和十分重要的实践意义。它是培养和塑造大学生正确的价值导向、积极的人生观和优良生活品质的重要阵地,也是各高校开展思想政治教育工作的有效手段,有利于大学生综合素质的提高。高校可以从建立健全规章制度、完善和加强队伍建设、发挥党员的先锋模范作用、积极开展争优评先活动等方面,积极进行宿舍文化建设。
The cultural construction in university dorms,an important constituent of the university campus culture,has the profound connotation and extremely important practical significance.Being advantageous for enhancing the quality of the college students,it is critical to cultivate and mold the correct value guidance of college students,the positive outlook on life and the fine life quality and what is also important is the effective method by which the universities perform the thought political education.The universities may positively carry on the cultural construction in university dorms from the following several aspects： the establishment of improved rules and regulations,the consummation and the enhancement of troop construction,the exertion of the party members＇ model role,the positive development of competiton and evaluation.
