摘要
随着计算机技术、通信技术、控制技术的发展，电力自动化技术进入一个新的时期。变电站端数据通过远动设备传给集控中心，地调主站、中调主站，实现了对变电站的远方监控。但如果自动化数据中断，远方将无法监视变电站的实时状态，因此，及时发现自动化数据中断故障，并迅速处理故障显得尤为重要。通过在线监测装置在六盘水电力自动化中的试点应用，分析了在线监测装置的应用优势以及应用前景。
