摘要
报告甲状旁腺机能减退症（简称甲旁减）24例，其中特发性甲旁减10例，手术后继发性甲旁减2例，假性甲旁减10例，假假性甲旁减2例，并结合临床、血生化改变和CT进行分析。结果发现本病临床表现多样化，CT以颅内多发性对称性钙化为特点，且钙化数目与病程有关。四型的鉴别有赖于临床及血生化检查。
24 cases with hypoparathyroidism were reported, of them, 10 cases were idiopathichypoparathyroidism, 2 post-thyroidectomy complicated with hypoparathyroidism, 10 casespseudohypoparathyroidism and 2 cases pseudo-hypoparathyroidism. An analysis on their clinicaland blood biochemical changes and brain CT scans was carried out. The results show that theclinical manifestations of the disease are varied. The characteristics of brain CT scans are multiplesymmetrical intracranial calcifications and the numbers of calcification are related to the course ofthe disease. The differential diagnosis of four types depends on the clinical and blood biochemicalexamination.
