摘要
以新疆天山后峡地区英雄桥采集的角石蕊(Cladonia cornuta(L.)Hoffm.)为材料,采用有机溶剂提取法,考察了提取次数、料液比、提取温度和提取时间对角石蕊中松萝酸提取率的影响。试验结果表明:角石蕊中提取松萝酸的最佳提取工艺条件为提取3次,料液比1:20,温度70℃,提取时间3h。此条件下角石蕊中松萝酸的含量为26.95%。
Using Cladonia cornuta （L.） Hoffm collected from Back valley of Tianshan Mts. as material and organic solvent as extraction liquid, effect of extraction times, ratios of solid to liquid, extraction temperature and extraction duration on extraction rate of usnic acid was studied. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of usnic acid were as follows： extraction 3h and three times under 70℃, ratios of solid to liquid was 1： 20. The content ofusnic acid in extract was 14.6% under the conditions.
