摘要
目前纤维燃料丁醇的研究处于起步阶段,主要围绕预处理、酶解、发酵3个关键步骤进行。文中介绍了燃料丁醇发展史、丁醇发酵微生物种类及其发酵机理,着重分析了不同预处理方法的优缺点及水解过程中产生的副产物对发酵的影响,归纳了不同脱毒方法及脱毒机理,综述了近年来国内外纤维燃料丁醇的研究进展。最后对目前丁醇生产中存在的问题及解决方案进行了总结,以期为木质纤维素生产燃料丁醇的发展提供新的思路。
At present, the studies on the fibrous butanol are in a primary phase, and the butanol production is mainly involved three steps: pretreatment, enzymatic hydrolysis and fermentation. In this paper, the history of butanol fermentation, various strains used for butanol fermentation and the mechanism were presented. The advantages and disadvantages of the different pretreatment methods and the effect of the byproducts on the hydrolysate were analyzed. Different ways of detoxication and their mechanisms were summarized. Furthermore, the latest research progress of fibrous butanol at home and abroad was reviewed. Finally, the problems existed in this field and the strategies were also summarized in order to provide some reference for butanol production form lignocellulose.
