摘要
目的 探讨重症哮喘患者在治疗期间的有效护理方法,为临床提供参考.方法 对17例重症哮喘患者采用联合疗法治疗,在规范化治疗基础上实施严密的病情观察,提供合理有效的综合护理及临床指导.结果 17例患者中,治愈14例,症状缓解3例,无一例死亡,效果满意.结论 对采用联合疗法治疗的重症哮喘患者实施合理有效的综合护理,是防止并发症,提高治愈率和抢救成功率的重要措施.
Objective To investigate the treatment of patients with severe asthma during a law,effective clinical care side to provide a reference. Methods 17 patients with severe asthma were treated with combined therapy, in the standardized treatment of disease based on the implementation of strict observation ,to provide reasonable and effective integrated care and clinical guidance. Results 17 patients, cured 14 ca- ses, symptoms in 3 cases, with no deaths, results were satisfactory. Conclusion Treatment with combination therapy in patients with severe asth- ma reasonable and effective implementation of integrated care is to prevent complications and improve the cure rate and success rate of the important measures.
