摘要
区域产业转移是破解区域发展不协调的一条重要而有效的途径,产业转移不但有利于优化产业输出地的产业结构和提升产业竞争力,而且可以增加产业输入地的总经济存量,促进和带动整个区域的经济发展。传统的产业转移的研究割裂了海陆产业的关联,使产业转移在空间维度的作用没有得到全面的体现。基于海陆统筹的角度探讨推动区域产业有效转移和区域协调发展,从而使产业的区域转移在空间研究上形成一个比较清晰的框架。
Regional industrial transfer is an important and effective way to break a lack of coordination of regional development.Industrial transfer will not only help to optimize the industrial structure,to enhance industrial competitiveness of industrial output place but also to increase the overall economic stock of industry import places,to promote and stimulate economic development throughout the region.Traditional research on industrial transfer separates the relation of the land and sea industries,and the role of industrial transfer in space dimension has not been fully reflected.This paper discusses how to promote the effective transfer of regional industry and the regional coordinated development based on the perspective of co-ordination of land and sea,so that the regional transfer of industrial in space could form a clearer framework.
