β-萘磺酸甲醛缩合物的合成、分析及其应用 被引量:2

摘要 合成了一系列β-萘磺酸甲醛缩合物,并通过高效液相色谱和质谱串联技术对所得的产品进行了分析,确认了产品的组成及含量,研究了助剂对活性染料耐碱稳定性的作用。结果表明,缩合时的醛比和酸度越大,合成的助剂的缩合度越高,其对某些活性染料的耐碱稳定性有很好的增强作用。缩合度不同,助剂对染料的耐碱稳定性的作用不尽相同,缩合度低的助剂增强作用更为明显。与市售的萘磺酸甲醛缩合物类助剂相比,所合成的部分产品具有更好的增强活性染料耐碱稳定作用。 A series of β-naphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensates were synthesized and characterized by HPLC-MS.The results showed that the higher the formaldehyde dosage and acidity were,the higher condensation of condensates was.The effects of the condensates on resistance to alkali of reactive dyes were investigated.It was found that the condensates with different condensation degree were of different effect on resistance to alkali of reactive dyes,and the condensates with lower condensation degree exhibit better improvement on anti-alkali stability of reactive dyes.Compared with the commercial similar products,the products synthesized were more efficient anti-alkali assistants for reactive dyes.
