摘要
河川径流是大气降水与流域下垫面共同作用的结果,人类活动使流域水文下垫面发生变化,从而改变流域产流条件。通过对山西省人类活动和降水对河川径流的定量分析表明:人类活动大于降水量减少对径流的影响程度。
Stream runoff is the common product of precipitation and basin underlying surface.It is well known that human activity has changed the hydrologic underlying surface conditions that affect water yield in river basin.The effect of human activity is more serious than that of precipitation decrease.
