摘要
内蒙古能源基地水资源分布不均匀,因地制宜确定合理的开发利用方案,对资源、环境、社会的协调发展具有重要意义。本文利用在鄂尔多斯盆地北部水文站收集到的长期观测资料,分析了区内外流区河川径流的地区分布特征、年际变化和年内分配特征,进而讨论了其产流机理,并对不同流域提出了水资源的开发利用模式:丘陵沟壑区流域宜以开发利用地表水为主,以开发利用地下水为辅的模式;风沙滩地区流域则宜采取地表水、地下水联合开发利用的模式。
Because of the uneven distribution of water resources in Inner Mongolia energy base,determining the reasonable exploitation plan to achieve resource,environment,social harmonious development have the important meaning.Based on the long term observations of hydrometric station in the north of Ordos basin,the paper analyzed the distribution characteristics of runoff,runoff interannual variability and annual runoff distribution.Then discussed the runoff producing mechanism.At the end,the pattern of water resources exploitation in the different river basin was proposed：Hilly-gully region should mainly develop and utilize the surface water and secondly make use of ground water.The wind beach areas are suitable to the combination pattern of surface water and groundwater.
