摘要
目的提出冠状沟型尿道下裂一期手术新术式。方法应用包皮和阴茎皮肤联合皮瓣成形尿道，利用原龟头裂与包皮皮瓣成形尿道外口。结果临床应用２０例，一次手术成功１９例，１例并发尿道瘘．结论本法成形尿道皮瓣血运良好，不易发生皮瓣坏死，并发症少。利用龟头裂成形尿道外口，避免了尿道外口狭窄，术后尿道外口位于龟头顶端，阴茎外形接近于正常。
Objective To evaluate a new one-stage repair of glandular hypospadias ,MethodsTwenty patients of glandular hypospadias underwent one-stage repair with tubuldrized preputial and perileflap. The urethral orifice was reconstructed with the flap and the glandular Results. Results The Patientswere followed-up for 6 months to 2 years. Nineteen patients have got satisfactory outcome and one had urethral fistula. Cmclusions The excellent bloos supply of the flap and application of the glandular groove tocreate neomeatus in one-stage minimises flap necrosis and stricture formation, and posits the neomeatus tothe tip of the glans with satisfactory cosmetic appearance.
