摘要
沃尔玛成长为全球最大的零售商,独特的企业文化发挥了重要作用。然而沃尔玛在北美获得成功的经营模式却在海外扩张中屡遭挫折,究其原因:一方面,沃式文化本身存在着内在的矛盾之处;另一方面,沃尔玛在跨国经营中只是简单地复制和移植其商业文化,而忽略了更为重要的企业文化的本土化。
Because of distinctive corporate culture,Wal-Mart became the largest retailer of the world.But management mode of Wal-Mart that was succeeded in North America failed at the international expansion.Firstly,corporate culture of Wal-Mart contradicted in itself;Secondly,Wal-Mart duplicate and transplant its culture simply,it neglected indigenization of corporate culture.
