摘要
自绩效管理诞生以来,一直被资方——企业作为提高企业效益和改进员工绩效的理念和工具来使用,但是,在管理实践中并未表现出像想像之中的作用,同时也产生了很多新的问题。一个主要原因在于,绩效管理在运用中忽略了和谐劳动关系的基础理念——公正和公平。因此,我们认为,企业真正提高绩效的关键所在是建立基于公正、公平基础上的绩效管理体系,同时,它也是企业对组织绩效和员工绩效进行管理的标准和底线所在。
Since the formation of performance management,it has been taken as the concept and tool to improve enterprise efficiency and employee performance by employers.As the basic concepts of harmonious labor relations,justice and fairness has been neglected in the application of performance management.Therefore,the key of truly performance improvement is to establish the performance management system based on justice and fairness.It is also the standard and the bottom line of organizational performance management and employee performance management of corporate.
