摘要
职工素质的高低,直接关系到企业的改革、发展和稳定,关系到企业在激烈的市场竞争中的胜负。企业职工的职业素质和技术能力,是企业实现快速发展,与国内外企业同台竞技、一比高低的决定因素。在市场经济新形势下提升职工素质,就要从企业实际出发,充分认识其重要意义,明确其方法途径,建立其保障机制,不断创新发展,从而促进职工素质的全面提升。
The quality of workers and staff is directly related to the reform,development and stability of enterprises,and related to the outcome of fierce market competition.The professional quality and technical capabilities of workers and staff is determinant of enterprises realizing rapid development and competing against domestic and foreign enterprises.Under the new situation of market economy,to improve the quality of workers and staff,we must proceed from the actual situation of enterprises,fully understand its significance and clarify its approach,establish its security mechanisms,constantly innovate and develop so as to enhance the overall quality of workers and staff.
