摘要
目的总结急诊腹膜透析置管术救治肾功能衰竭危重患者的疗效。方法对19例接受急诊腹膜透析置管术的肾功能衰竭危重患者的治疗经过和临床转归进行回顾性分析和总结。结果 19例患者中5例于术后1周内死亡,14例长期存活,并有1例患者脱离透析治疗。术后早期切口渗漏1例,腹膜炎2例,超滤衰竭1例。结论急诊腹膜透析置管术可有效延长肾功能衰竭危重患者存活时间。
Objective To summarize the efficacy of emergency placement of Tenckhoff peritoneal dialysis catheters in critical patients with renal failure.Methods The retrospective analysis of treatment and outcome of 19 critical patients with renal failure were made, who receiving emergency placement of Tenckhoff peritoneal dialysis catheter.Results Long-term survival was observed in 14 patients after receiving emergency placement of Tenckhoff peritoneal dialysis catheter.Five patients died within the first week after the operation.One patient survived and freed from renal replacement therapy.One case of leakage of dialysis solution, 2 cases of peritonitis, and 1 cases of ultrafiltration failure were recorded.Conclusion Emergency placement of Tenckhoff peritoneal dialysis catheter improved survival of critical patients with renal failure.
