摘要
目的:探讨临床护理路径(CNP)在室上性心动过速(室上速)患者射频消融术(RFCA)中的应用效果。方法:将100例室上速患者随机分为实验组和对照组各50例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组采取CNP进行护理。比较两组在康复时间、不良反应、并发症、患者满意度方面的差异。结果:实验组在卧床时间、住院时间、术后不良反应发生率、并发症发生率、患者满意度方面与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将CNP应用于RFCA患者中,可缩短康复时间、提高患者满意度。
Objective： To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing pathway（CNP） in radiofrequency catheter ablation（RFCA） for the patients with supraventricular tachycardia.Methods： 100 patients with supraventricular tachycardia were randomly divided into experimental and control groups（50 cases for each group）.Routine nursing care was used in the control group and clinical nursing pathway was adopted in the experimental group.The recovery time,side effects,complications and patient＇s satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results： There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the time of bedrest,lengthen of hospitalization,incidence of postoperative adverse reaction,incidence of complications and patient＇s satisfaction between the two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion： Application of clinical nursing pathway to RFCA can shorten the recovery time and improve patient＇s satisfaction.
