右上颌第二磨牙四根管1例

摘要 本文目的是强调根管的解剖知识的重要性。从临床角度描述及探讨上颌第二磨牙根管发生畸变的情况。解剖学的多样性可发生在任何根管的任何牙齿。因此,细致、多角度的X线检查和对根管解剖学的熟练掌握是解决的根本办法。
