国际气候合作中的欧美矛盾及发展中国家的对策 被引量：2

摘要 在应对气候变化国际合作中,欧盟与美国在一些重大问题上存在政策分歧。欧美矛盾的根源在于它们之间的政治和经济利益冲突。由于一些新的形势和因素的出现,欧盟与美国的气候政策也会随之作出调整,这可能导致双方矛盾呈现出一些新的特点。发展中国家应当对欧美矛盾的本质及其发展趋势有着清醒的认识,以免被它们的"绿色面纱"所蒙蔽。此外,还应当充分利用欧美矛盾,灵活运用外交策略,积极引导国际舆论,加大对未来国际气候制度的影响和控制能力。
