β-七叶皂甙钠和甘露醇及地塞米松治疗放射性脑水肿的比较 被引量:31

摘要 目的比较β-七叶皂甙钠和甘露醇及地塞米松治疗放射性脑水肿的疗效。方法49例经头颅CT或(和)MRI证实的放射性脑水肿随机分为甘露醇对照组[11例,1g/(kg·d)]、地塞米松对照组(11例,20mg/d)、单纯β-七叶皂甙钠治疗组(14例)和β-七叶皂甙钠并用甘露醇组(13例)。后2组均采用β-七叶皂甙钠20mg溶于250mL生理盐水中静滴。结果单纯β-七叶皂甙钠治疗组有效比例为13/14,2个β-七叶皂甙钠治疗组总有效比例为26/27,明显高于甘露醇组(7/11)和单纯地塞米松(8/1)组。结论β-七叶皂甙钠治疗放射性脑水肿有效,且优于甘露醇和地塞米松。 Objective To study the efficacy of β aescine sodium, mannitol, dexamethasone on treatment of radiative brain edema.Methods Forty nine patients with radiative brain edema were randomly divided into four groups: fourteen patients were treated with β aescine sodium 20 mg in 250 mL of 0.9% sodium chloride injection, iv drip, every day. Thirteen patients were treated with β aescine 20 mg plus mannitol [1 g/(kg·d)]. Eleven patients were treated with mannitol [1 g/(kg·d)], and 11 patients with dexamethasone (20 mg/d).Results The total efficacy rates(26/27) in β aescine sodium groups was higher than that of groups of mannitol (7/11) and dexamethasone (8/11).Conclusions β aescine sodium has a good effect on radiative brain edema and more advantages than mannitol and dexamethasone. There is a better effect on radiative brain edema when it is used with mannitol.
