摘要
目前,绝大部分高职院校科研管理中激励机制还不太完善。如何在高职院校科研管理中建立有效的激励机制,在坚持五个原则的基础上,应从科研管理队伍、科研团队、科研成果转化三个方面构建。
Presently,the motivate mechanism of the scientific research in most higher vocational academies is not consummate.To establish the effective motivate mechanism of scientific research management in higher vocational academies,we should base on persevering five principles,construct corresponding motivate mechanism from the scientific research management team,scientific research team and the transform of scientific research fruits.
