摘要
百草枯属剧毒除草剂,重度中毒患者通常出现多脏器功能损伤,后期可能出现肺纤维化,发生急性呼吸窘迫综合征而死亡,极重度中毒者可在短时间内死于多脏器功能衰竭。百草枯中毒目前尚无特效解毒药,临床救治多以对症和支持治疗为主,病死率极高。本文通过百草枯在人体内的毒物代谢动力学和中毒机制研究,对临床救治方法作一综述。
Paraquat is a herbicide with rank poison.Multiple organ dysfunction can be induced in severely poisoned patients,and pulmonary fibrosis may occur in later period of the poisoning,death may result from acute respiratory distress syndrome,severe poisoned cases may even die of the multiple organ failure in a short time.At present,there is no specific antidote yet for paraquat poisoning.Symptomatic and supportive treatments are still the main measures for therapy,therefore,the mortality is quite high.In this paper,the clinical therapies are reviewed based on the toxicokinetics and toxic mechanism of paraquat in human body.
