摘要
工作场所健康促进是一项"低投入、高产出"的社会系统工程。本文主要介绍了欧盟、美国和WHO西太区工作场所健康促进研究的发展及成果,也报告了国内对此项工作的开展情况。我国根据实际情况,尚提出开展工作场所健康促进的重点,即:创造支持环境,加强社区参与,强化企业的社会责任感,探索和推广良好的工作场所健康促进实践模式,提高劳动者参与积极性,关注特殊行业、群体和领域。
Workplace health promotion（WHP）is a＂low-input and high-yield＂social system project.This paper will briefly introduce the progress and achievements on WHP in European Union,USA and WHO Western Pacific Region,the main situation of WHP in our country is also summarized.According to the present situation in China,the focal points of WHP will concentrate on creating supportive environment,enhancing of community participation,strengthening the social responsibility of enterprises,exploring and generalizing favourable WHP practice mode,rising workers＇ participation activeness,and paying close attention to special professions,populations or domains,etc.
