论中国特色的协商民主在政治协商中的独特功能 被引量：1

摘要 作为社会思潮的协商民主理论,是指20世纪后期西方学术界兴起的一种新的民主理论范式,它着重强调现代公民在平等协商的基础上实现良性的政治参与、政治互动,从而达成决策的合法性与公民政治参与。中国特色的协商民主在政治协商中具有独特功能,它丰富了政治协商的新内容,体现了政治协商的新本质,提出了政治协商的新课题。
