摘要
目的探讨尿失禁病人采用改良护理方法应用效果。方法将尿失禁病人纳入探讨对象，按人院顺序随机分组，对照16例，按传统方法护理，改良组14例实施改良方法护理，以2组病人感染发生率、节省开支作为观察指标。结果经统计学分析显示，改良组感染发生率、经济开支明显低于对照组，其差别有显著意义。结论改良方法可降低感染发生率，并可减轻护士劳动强度，节省开支，值得推广。
