摘要
大学生职业生涯规划教育要坚持以人为本、理论与实践相结合、全程性与阶段性相结合原则。在时间上贯穿于大学四年的整个过程,在内容上应是全方位的,在形式上应是多样化的。大学生职业生涯教育具有阶段性特点,大学一二三四年级各有不同,这就决定了大学生职业生涯教育必须具有阶段性的重点和教育途径。
Career planning and employment guidance for college students should adhere to principles of being people-oriented,combination of theory and practice as well as combination of whole process and interim.It goes through four-year college life with all-around content and diverse forms.Career planning and employment guidance for college students is characteristic of interim,and have differences in different grades.
